The site has some really nice stuff, but the payment part was a letdown. I kind of wish I’d read the reviews first because I probably would’ve known checkout wasn’t that flexible. I was expecting options like PayPal or an easier wallet payment, but it felt limited. I ended up using my card, which I don’t always love doing online. It did go through in the end, but the whole process was more annoying than it needed to be. I’d probably buy more if they made paying easier.

I ordered this after a friend recommended it, but it took ages to arrive. By the time it finally showed up, I was frustrated with the wait.

I was so excited for this to arrive, and then I opened the package and it was like all the life had been drained out of the colours. They looked so much brighter and nicer in the photos online, but in person they were dull and just didn’t match the pictures at all. I know screens can make things look a bit different, but this felt way beyond that. If I’d known this was what it actually looked like, I definitely wouldn’t have ordered it.

I’ve always liked Wrendale Designs, so I ordered a few cards and little gifts this time. The artwork is just as lovely in person, but what stood out to me was the eco-friendly side of things, like the recyclable packaging and the fact they seem to be using better materials. It actually feels like they’re making a proper effort rather than just saying the right things. Delivery took a bit longer than I hoped, but i probably should’ve ordered earlier, so I’ll take some of the blame for that. Overall, I’m really happy and would definitely buy again.

I had a bit of a rough time checking out. The page kept freezing on me, and the payment took forever to finally go through. Not sure if it was just me, has anyone else had the same issue?

I ordered a few of these as gifts, and the reaction was underwhelming. The designs are cute, but the items felt smaller and not as special as they looked online. Delivery was fine, but when they opened them there just wasn’t much of a wow factor. I also had that weird feeling like nobody really read my message or paid attention to the personal touch I was hoping for. Probably wouldn’t choose these again for presents.

I was expecting this to look closer to the photos and description, but once it arrived, it didn’t really match what I had in mind. The size felt a little different than I expected, and the color wasn’t quite what I thought I was getting. Maybe it would work for someone else, but for me it was a bit disappointing.

I do really like the Wrendale Designs style and some of the pieces are very cute, but when I was browsing it just felt like there wasn’t a huge amount of choice and I was kind of hoping there’d be more gift ideas and home bits to look through, because after a while a lot of it started to feel a bit samey, so if you’re really into the animal designs you’ll probably still enjoy it, but I got bored quicker than I expected and I think it would be much better with a bit more variety.

The gift itself was lovely, but the name didn’t come out spaced the way I typed it when ordering. It’s not the end of the world, but when you’re paying extra for something personalised, you kind of expect it to match what you entered. Just a bit disappointing.

I ordered because the designs looked really cute and the brand seemed popular, so I figured it would be a safe bet :) But once I actually got it, I just didn’t feel like it lived up to the hype.
For the price, I was expecting something a little nicer, and overall the whole thing felt kind of underwhelming :/ Maybe other people have better luck, but I don’t think I’d be in a hurry to order again.

I really, really like the look of Wrendale Designs. The animal illustrations are so sweet without feeling over the top, and the soft colours are just lovely. Some of it is maybe a little too cosy for my personal taste, but overall it’s charming, really charming.

The print already looked kind of faded, and the material felt way thinner than I thought it would. After barely using it, it already looks worn, which is frustrating. The designs are lovely, sure, but I don’t think I’d bother buying again.

Most of what I wanted was in stock, so ordering was easy enough. Of course, the one mug I actually had my eye on was sold out, which was a bit annoying, but I guess that’s how it goes

i mean, I did get my refund in the end, so that part was fine. It just took longer than I expected, and the replies from support were slow along the way...

I don’t know why the returns process has to be so awkward, but it was a pain. I had to keep chasing for updates, and even after they got my parcel back, the refund took ages to come through. The products are nice, which makes it more frustrating, but I probably won’t order again if returning something is this difficult.

I ended up getting the wrong stuff in my order, and it was a hassle to sort out. Not the end of the world, but still annoying because I had to go back and forth just to get something fixed that should’ve been right the first time. Disappointed with the whole thing.

The fit was pretty much what I expected. I mean, it fit just right, and I didn’t really have any issues with it.

I tried using wrendaledesigns.co.uk and, it gave me a bad first impression right away. I expected it to be simple to browse, but I felt annoyed almost immediately trying to figure out where things were.
The menus seemed a bit all over the place, and I kept clicking around, going back, and retracing my steps just to find basic info. Some pages weren’t where I expected them to be, which made the whole thing feel harder than it needed to be.
It might look nice at first glance, but actually using the site wasn’t a good experience for me. After a while, I got fed up and ended up shopping somewhere else.

I bought this thinking it would make a nice gift, but when it arrived it just didn’t look as nice as I had pictured. To me, it came across a bit cheaper in person, so I didn’t feel great about giving it to someone.
